As our way of supporting everyone to live a healthier lifestyle, Nutrition and Wellness Network provides nutrition, where we discuss to an online audience the body’s nutritional requirements, the dos and don’ts of nutrition, proper portions, and highly recommended food and beverages, among other topics. Our start-up program is not only educational but also entertaining, as we will be doing other activities, such as cooking while presenting various concepts of nutrition.

Our start-up program consists of a one-hour online session in small groups, with one instructor educating clients about holistic nutrition in general. There are four sessions per month that are billable monthly.

Holistic: An approach to nutrition that focuses on the well-being of the mind, body, and spirit.

Mindfulness: The practice of being present and fully engaged in the current moment for holistic well-being.

Fitness Classes: Small group online sessions led by an instructor, teaching about holistic nutrition and well-being.
