As part of our mission to support individuals in living healthier and more balanced lives, Nutrition and Wellness Network offers a start-up program that focuses on the essential pillars of nutrition, fitness, and mindfulness. Through our online sessions, we discuss the body’s nutritional requirements, proper food portions, recommended foods and beverages, and healthy lifestyle practices. In addition, we explore fitness concepts and mindful living strategies that help improve overall well-being and daily habits. Our program is designed to be both educational and engaging, featuring interactive activities such as live cooking demonstrations while presenting practical concepts that promote healthier choices and a more mindful lifestyle.

Our start-up program consists of a one-hour online session in small groups, with one instructor educating clients about holistic nutrition in general. There are four sessions per month that are billable monthly.

Holistic: An approach to nutrition that focuses on the well-being of the mind, body, and spirit.

Mindfulness: The practice of being present and fully engaged in the current moment for holistic well-being.

Fitness Classes: Small group online sessions led by an instructor, teaching about holistic nutrition and well-being.
